Massage Therapy

I have been receiving massages for the last 6 years. It was the one non-negotiable commitment in my life. Why? It’s simple. I deserved to feel better in body. When I made room in my body to feel good, my mind was able to feel good, too. Being physically uncomfortable bears a burden to our emotional wellness and we all deserve to feel way better than we typically do. For some, allowing themselves to relax and receive is the medicine. For others, it’s a more active and partnered approach where we work together to meet your goals like regaining proper function of muscle tissues and managing pain. Whether your goal is to create time in your schedule to relax, lower stress or manage pain, my goal is to build a plan for your desired outcome.

The yoga Practice

After 1000 hours of teaching, learning and growing alongside all of you, I have taken a step back from teaching full time in pursuits of other passions and deepening my understanding and relationship to the art of massage therapy. I am so thankful for all we have accomplished and experienced in this space here as it wouldn’t have been what it has become without all of you.
